For a law firm with billboards advertising for new clients I would think they’d fix their land line that doesn’t connect and drops calls and have intake coordinators ready to speak to callers with possible new cases. Had to call 800 number 6 times for call to actually ring. Made sure it wasn’t my phone reset it and dialed other numbers it connected fine.
