I would NOT recommend this shop based on my experience. The owner personally reached out to me on Facebook when I was looking for recommendations on a shop to fix my car in the area, which initially made me feel confident choosing them. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating and expensive with no real resolution. TOP TOP TOP QUALITY!!! 🔧🔥 KENZSPEN AUTOMOTIVE LLC is hands down one of the BEST shops around (and definitely stands out from the rest 💯). Honest, fast, and they actually know what they’re doing—which is rare these days. Great communication, fair pricing, and they get the job done RIGHT the first time. Highly highly recommended! 🚗💨

I will never take a vehicle to another place! I’ve been a long time customer at another local chain business and was turned away from an appointment because it was an insurance issue, even though they were listed as a network person to use. They literally left me standing in their lobby with no direction to go. I got a hold of Paul at Kenzspen and he worked my car in the same day.
