I have been seeing Kenzie Smith for over 4 years now and love her! She never makes me feel rushed during my appointments, takes what I say serious, and has great bedside manners. She is also almost always on time which is rare at a doctors office!
Could not have been any ruder on the phone. Bedside manners anyone?? I guess thats not a requirement for administrative staff.
