Dr. Smith was wonderful during my first checkup, and I felt comfortable discussing my health. However, I was surprised and disappointed to receive a bill for what I thought was a routine physical. When I called the office, they explained that because Dr. Smith ‘diagnosed’ me, additional fees were applied.
