We lived there for 2 years, and would have lived there longer had we not moved out of the city. The place is absolutely wonderful and the staff is exceptional. The units are so spacious and well-kept, and Brian the maintenance guy is a complete gem! Sheila Browning is on the ball when it comes to any issues you might have, and this is the first apartment complex I've ever lived in that didn't have dog poop anywhere on the premises. I was very happy with my time here. The apartment was very clean and reasonably priced. The reason my rating is so low is that after being reasonably assured that the security deposit 'is almost always' refunded in full so long as it is 'generally clean', we were stripped of the entire deposit and told that we had an additional balance due. We objectively left the apartment in the same condition we found it. If we would have trashed it, we would have accepted the responsibility and paid without complaint.
