This shop must be closed for business. They don't answer the phone ever! They don't answer email enquiries ever!
This is an untrustworthy and inefficient seller. Highly not recommended. In June 2023, I ordered a sofa set, and the seller promised delivery in September. However, due to several stock and transportation errors by the seller, the sofa was finally delivered in December. They promised a 10% refund as compensation, but I have not received the refund as of May 2024. Despite multiple reminders and even intervention from the Fair Trading Center, the refund has still not been issued.
Usually only post to complement good service but this company have used up all my good will. Still waiting for delivery of two dining chairs paid for in full in September 2022. Promised delivery of them many times. Now, even after constant emails and calls to them, there are no replies and obviously no chairs. Not recommended. We ordered a dining table in early July with an expected delivery of mid-August and paid a 50% deposit. 2 days before the expected delivery we were contacted and asked to pay the remaining 50%. Following this we heard nothing at all for 2 weeks. When I emailed to follow up I was issued a receipt for our payment and told delivery could be expected "mid next week." Really happy with the whole experience ,starting from the level of service. We visited Kenz Designs St Leonard's store in sydney we bought several pieces of Ethnicraft and Globewest furniture and received great sales support, from Talin and David, followed by the followup and amazing delivery . the delivry guys were so professional and did an amazing job Highly recommend their products and service
