They work fast and their pricing is reasonable, but unfortunately they are extremely unprofessional. They use low-quality materials and cut corners on important details. Their “guarantee” doesn’t mean much. Once they get paid, they stop responding. If you still decide to hire them, I highly recommend putting something in your contract that lets you hold back at least half of the payment for a month, just to make sure the work holds up. We hired Kenys Landscaping on November 2024 to complete our Tuscany backyard after our pool and patio covers were installed. George came out and gave us a bid for planting and installing drip system and gravel. We have mentioned we were buying palm trees and a few Sego palms for color. George assured he could do a better job and guarantee the planting. We spent over $6000 for a few smaller palms and plants. Kenys Landscaping & Maintenance started off strong. George was easy to communicate with in the beginning, and things seemed promising. But once the work began, the quality quickly declined. The craftsmanship felt rushed, drainage was not properly addressed, and the turf is already lifting in areas — as shown in the attached photo. All of their supposed skills used on my property have unresolved issues. They layed sod and pavers in poorly prepared ground, rerouted lighting and irrigation systems, extended wall, removed and added plants (left loads of uncapped redundant emitters - like hunting easter eggs finding the half or fully buried active water spouts). Very unreliable. Instead of keeping his promises to install supports for the 2 trees that they planted for us, George kept ignoring us.
