Kenyon re-stuccoed my residence in 2019 for $30,000+. However, in 2024 I noticed several large cracks in the stucco and even one area where it appears the stucco siding has bulged away from the wall which I am told may indicate the underlying lath has become detached from the wall. Additionally, multiple rust spots had appeared to have bled through the stucco, presumably from nails that were used in the re-stucco process by Kenyon.
