Completely unfit for purpose. The medication clerk at this surgery is without doubt the rudest and most incompetent person I have ever dealt with. She is consistently condescending and dismissive, and I have no idea how she has managed to keep her role given the damage her behaviour causes. Appalling service from the medication clerk. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the way this surgery is run, especially the medication side, is beyond unacceptable. The medication clerk is consistently rude, dismissive and talks down to people as if they’re an inconvenience. It’s shocking that someone with that attitude is allowed to deal with patients and their families. Great GP surgery with appointments being able to be booked over 2 sites. The surgery seem very modern and digital focused with appointments e.g. they allow for sensible booking of appointments in the future if appropriate, rather than forcing everyone to call each morning. The team on reception are always friendly and seem very capable and organised in helping with things and getting any issues resolved.
Had a call with reception after receiving a dog bite, just to check my tetanus status, they had the wherewithal to make a quick referral to a nurse, to check if anything else was needed, and contrary to what I thought was going to happen, the nurse advised a preventative dose of antibiotics. Bravo Team Kenyon!
Just popped in to inquire about registering. Receptionist was extremely rude(Natasha). I didn't even get past her screaming Can I help!! Walked straight out. No wonder people are leaving this surgery in droves.
