I had to have a molar pulled. From the time I pulled in the parking lot until I pulled out to leave everything and everyone were excellent. The building is simple, however, it is beautiful. It does not have that cubicle assembly line look and feel. As far as dental experiences go, I was impressed. When I first arrived I could have had coffee with flavored creams or water, but I was so nervous, I chose not to partake. At no time did I have to wait longer than 8-10 minutes for a nurse, Dr. Fort Kenyon or in the waiting room. The staff was very friendly and they made me feel very comfortable, which was a challenge because I was nervous having my two top wisdom teeth scheduled to be pulled.
