I was appointed to this service after filing for an emergency custody hearing due to concerns regarding my child’s biological mother. Despite charging both of us $750 each, Ms. Kenyon provided no meaningful contribution to the case. The only service rendered was a 25-minute consultation—there were no home visits, no follow-ups, and she did not attend the final hearing. An absolute horrible experience with Floy as a guardian ad litem. She never visited homes or followed up with emails. She signed off on a court case a month before a devastating incident that I- and another person on the defense side- tried to prevent. I wasn’t against the defense, per se, and there was a cohensive team hoping for the best for the children. She ignored all of it and took our money willingly.
