Even after paying multiple times, was just using the foam brush and employee came out and said you must pay more before continuing. There was soap all over my car and it couldn't have been more than 15 seconds of foam brushing.

Came to this carwash today as it was empty but never again. Water is cold as I was rinsing my truck off the line was dripping soap on it from above moved to another bay told the attendant that I didn't want to waist more of my money he then swipes his worker card and doesn't even let me complete the rinse and he shuts it off. Horrible customer service and horrible carwash no wonder it was empty
I had the absolute worst experience at this car wash today came in at 8pm to wash my car. I rinsed my car then proceeded to use the soap brush to scrub my car. As I was working my way around the car the man working there who kept staring at me from the moment I pulled in making me really uncomfortable came up to me. He said no more cleaning put money in .
