VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT PAY THERE BILLS
I live in a neighborhood that Kenyon and Associates manages and they are terrible! Our neighborhood is gated and you need to submit a written request if you would like the gate to remain open for a function you are hosting. Both times I submitted a written request and called and it was not done correctly. They do not know what they are doing

I had the misfortune of dealing with Kenyon as an owner at Park tower for a decade before my building finally switched to a more professional HOA manager. My decade of frustration with Kenyon culminated with the most egregious instance of willful negligence: In August my tenant found standing water in the bedroom over the course of multiple days and advised me that the leak was not coming from anywhere in our unit.
