What a shocker that the HOA for our townhome complex is absolute garbage, even to residents like us that don't cause any issues and have never missed or even been late on payments. Incredibly rude and act like their tenants are a bother to them. Not sure why they're in the property management business if managing properties is an annoyance.
VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT PAY THERE BILLS
I live in a neighborhood that Kenyon and Associates manages and they are terrible! Our neighborhood is gated and you need to submit a written request if you would like the gate to remain open for a function you are hosting. Both times I submitted a written request and called and it was not done correctly. They do not know what they are doing
