went in asking to get a 10k ring sized up from 9 to 11, and to add 1-2 grams of gold to not only retain shape but add weight, had the women working there weigh my ring at 6.2 grams, i wanted it to have a thick band vs having it thinned out to a bigger size. was told the sizing would be 80 dollars, and that they would call me back to let me know how much more it would be to add the 1-2 grams of gold I had asked for, was told i would get a call back in 2 hours. well the first day came and went, didn't receive a call back the s... read more
