This place is amazing! Such great people! Especially Julie
Staff are caring and attentive, they look after the residents well.
My Grandad was in this home. He had dementia. My family were next of Kin. They have transferred next of kin without our whānau consent. He had passed away, been cremated and his ashes spread by a next of kin of who we do not know. Not one person called us to inform of his passing. I have asked for the lawyers name, Next of Kins, medical records, coroner's report and have been told they do not have the information and will call me back, or that they can't provide these things due to privacy ect.
