Dr Kentworthy did a fabulous job with my anesthesia for surgery. But I do have a major problem with their medical billing staff. They “just” went to a third party company who says they can’t give me a UB40 or a HCFA1500 with the billing information on it because it has the drs private information on it such as his NPI and Tax ID, both of which I can get online in under 5 minutes. He also doesn’t seem to have a local office and the only phone number for him goes to the third party billing company.
