I’ve been dealing with KW Hamilton now for almost 10yrs, as both a driver and manager with a local company. Adrienne and Ginny in Service Dept have always met or exceeded our expectations when needed. They go above and beyond in making sure our trucks have as little downtime as possible when organizing everything from services to any major work involved, all while remaining professional and friendly. Grateful for their hard work ethics.

I have been dealing with Kenworth Hamilton since the 80’s, seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Their parts department is very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and professional. Just today I dropped in to see an old familiar face, William was at the service counter, hopefully the dealership will keep him in Hamilton. K Sones

Been dealing with this dealership since 2002. Great people but so nice to see they brought back William, someone that understands the trucking industry and is there to help you, not make excuses of why your truck is not done. He tells the truth and respects the mechanics that work for him and they respect him as well. Like a well oiled machine (no punt intended)! The girls on the desk, Adrienne and Jenny are awesome and they are always there to help!!!

I’ve been dealing with Hamilton Kenworth since 2011. I walked in today and got a blast from the past! Great to see William back!! Adrienne & Ginny were both pleasant and on point as always. Can’t wait to see William and the team get things back on track.
