I’ll give the service manager Nick 5 stars. This gentleman went out of his way to help me with my problem. I’ll give this service writer Ms. Sue 5 stars, very friendly lady, that will go out of her way to help you. But there’s a down side to this post. The mechanic, that worked on my truck did good job. But the gentleman, they put to help him, when he was finishing up, on the last day, must be Joe Biden’s nephew! It’s a clean place, but even though the company had scheduled an appointment in advance, just replacing the windshield took about 3 hours. As a result, I missed my load and lost the whole day. They simply said, “ it is what it is”
