Night shift ran by Kyle Park is like winning the lottery after getting shafted by so many mechanic shops in the past. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Drake Bailey is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful mechanics I’ve ever interacted with. Chase at the service counter so helpful too, can’t get parts and service anywhere else in the state of Utah after 6pm but these guys burn the midnight oil and are so helpful. Thanks to the boys over at Kenworth! You make trucking great!
In and out. They do need to communicate better on time frame.
I've taken a couple of trucks there multiple times the past 4 years there is zero communication with their service side and it seems like My trucks have always been there two weeks or 2 months so if you're not in that buddy system you're not getting in and getting fixed right away and they'll charge you more than what they quoted you so I doubt I will ever be back, I also had a front diff changed their and got quoted 5 hrs r&r and charged me 9.5 hrs, picked up the truck and ran it the next day and noticed the front input sha... read more
Had my items in my refrigerator dumped on the floor of my sleeper because the technician didn't make right hand turns properly as I asked when he test drove my truck and the issues I asked to be repaired wasn't. My Jake breaks still don't work.
