I've taken a couple of trucks there multiple times the past 4 years there is zero communication with their service side and it seems like My trucks have always been there two weeks or 2 months so if you're not in that buddy system you're not getting in and getting fixed right away and they'll charge you more than what they quoted you so I doubt I will ever be back, I also had a front diff changed their and got quoted 5 hrs r&r and charged me 9.5 hrs, picked up the truck and ran it the next day and noticed the front input sha... read more
Had my items in my refrigerator dumped on the floor of my sleeper because the technician didn't make right hand turns properly as I asked when he test drove my truck and the issues I asked to be repaired wasn't. My Jake breaks still don't work.
The parts department at this kenworth has really gone downhill. I’ve been a loyal customer albeit a small customer for the past 2 years. The first year was great however this past year the guys at the parts counter leave a lot to be desired. I have been into this location about 6 times in the last 3 months. 4 of these times I was helped by the gentleman to the far right.
