:::UPDATE::: ALMOST 2 WEEKS IN AND STILL NOT DONE. Still never reached out to me to tell me, always have to check in with them. It is now the following Friday. 10 days so far. Had to get service here my truck derated for a DPF issue. Show up here on Tuesday. Said it would be a day or two before they could look at it. Fair enough with no appointment. Wednesday night they pull it in. They tell me its an ECM issue and water pump is leaking. The codes on the dash are clearly DPF but its not communicating with computer. They let ... read more
Absolutely the best service department I've ever enc
This place is absolutely awesome. The staff are incredibly welcoming and super friendly. The drivers’ lounge is very comfortable and even pet friendly, as long as pets are kept on a leash, which is totally understandable. And the coffee machine… wow. It’s absolutely fantastic. There’s a TV with cable, comfy chairs, and even washing machines and dryers available so you can do laundry. They also have a quiet lounge with recliners, though pets aren’t allowed in that area.
