No customer service. Josh has an negative arrogant attitude while speaking to customers. Spent all day waiting for a regen diagnoses. He gave me NO updates or progress reports. At the end of 8hrs. They still have no idea why it won't regenerate. Rental truck has now been towed to me to complete my load trip. This shop is horrible. This franchise owner will be notified. Don't come to this dealership.
In January 2017 my auto shift t800 would not shift they special ordered a new wiring harness for transmission. Told me it was melted. Three days later same problem. When I asked about the melted harness he said it was an internal short. Then they replaced shift drive motors and related hardware. Now three thousand miles later same intermittent shift problem. They check it out and find no gear oil . I will never let them work on any of my trucks ever again.

The worst I took my 17' Kenworth T680 in for warranty service and they not only didn't fix the problems they went ahead and try to charge over $700 to my maint. acc. Behind my back very sneeky people unprofessional they have no Honesty, no Integrity, and no Quality. I'm reporting them to the Ripoff Report, BBB, Yelp, and Google Places
Absolutely the BEST people, service! They totally understood that I have a guard dog, and got everything comfortable for her. Fixed everything with a huge A+++
Worst service department I have ever seen..the work was sub standard at best..
