Beware if you’re buying a truck from out of state. I flew all the way from Pennsylvania to Boise, Idaho to purchase a used 2020 truck from this dealer. I was told by Marlin, the salesperson, that the truck had only cosmetic issues and was mechanically sound. He even showed me the electric APU working and said everything was good. Had a power steering hose issue come up on Saturday in NM. Got it to Boise ID by patch work and stopping every five hrs to check and fill power steering resv. Dennis and the shop writer helped me out big time. Let me use a couple tools to break hose loose from pump to replace it. Got first hose put on tighten up nuts. It blew off fitting at gear box. Took it all off and into Dennis who had a runner go down road and have new hose and fittings put together. The new crimper didn't get it crimped good enough. Folks who delivered... read more
