5 months ago my life changed when one of the major chain truckstops changed my oil and didn't put oil back in it. From Kenworth Service in Jerome Les 30 year manager to Tristan in Rental at Boise location my life would be thrown to the wayside if not for these people Les Conected me with Tristan in the Rental which got me back going and after a few months of renting and waiting I decided to take Jeff's advice to order a brand new lease truck. I had not requested the clutch to be adjusted at service, but when I picked up the truck it had been adjusted wrong. Took it back in to have fixed and never fixed. Third time I took it back I talked with the dayshift shop supervisor Brent and assured me it would be corrected this time. Brent personally adjusted the clutch. There were some issues that he ran into while trying to adjust, he stayed late and got it back into adjust like it was new again! Thank you Brent for going above and beyond and taking care of this yourself
I want to thank Marlin from being a honest Salesman for beginning !!! Bought a great truck !!! Proud to be a member off Kenworth family !!!
