If you don’t want your truck back quickly, then this is the place to go! I refer to this place as the truck motel because they spend so many nights here. I’ve now booked so many stays here that my “rewards” are that my stays are extended. Keep bringing trucks in for DEF issues and they keep breaking down. In the last 6 weeks one truck has been to the shop for def problems 3 times and spent a total of 20 days down so far! I have literally been trying to get some to answer the phone for the last 2 hours in the parts department. From 12 local time to now almost 2 local time. No one answered. I've called 11 times in that time. This is ridiculous.
Lazy workers and most have the typical trucker attitude.
