Brought in my Thermo King reefer with an issue. They ran diagnostics and said 4 fuel injectors are bad. They had parts in stock and hit me with a $9k for replacement estimate!!! They are selling fuel injectors for $1600 each!!!! When you can get BOSCH ones for $150. I’m sorry but this is just RIDICULOUS PRICE GAUGING! Was told it’s not an easy job and it’s hard to get to the injectors…all you have to do is lift top hood on the unit and they are right there… That one star is for staying open till midnight on weekdays.

I took two 2026 t880 dump trucks up here to have a few parameters changed. They saw a recall that absolutely had to get done. To no fault of their own, it locked the computer out from being able to be connected to. Will at the front desk and Bret in the shop worked hard to right the problem. They were courteous and professional the entire time, keeping us updated throughout the entire process. They ended up figuring it out and we were on our way! Definitely going back when we are in the area.

Try to avoid this place. I gave them 3 start because when i don't have any other choice i come here and they fix my refer unit. They are very expensive and they always double charge you 400 dollar to check the unit but if you mention for example i think that there is a leak or i think a belt is bad they will charge you an extra400 to check those items even though they already charge you 400 to check the whole unit...this is crazy. After 5000 dollars down then you refer will be fine.
