As a company driver, I would try to keep my company updated throughout the process of diagnosing, waiting for approval, and of course getting fixed and back in the truck. I stopped in to pick up some KW swag while visiting Scranton on a church assignment. The parts department seemed to have a decent selection. The prices on ballcaps and T-shirts weren't bad either. The countermen were welcoming and quick to help me even though I don't look like a typical Class A driver (I walked in wearing a shirt and tie) If I am ever in Scranton again and my W900L is in need of parts or service, I will definitely give these guys a shot!
