Called them at noon to ask if they could clear a code for my front radar. Service says oh no we wouldn’t have time today. So you’re a dealership selling people 200k+ trucks but between noon and 6pm when you close you can’t find 5 minutes to clear a code? It’s sad what the world has come too.
My truck needed parts the mechanic stayed a few minutes over to get me running its a Saturday afternoon couldn't believe this garage was open this late sorry Berman trucks you're out!
Very knowledgeable and explains what he is doing as he is doing it and showed respect. Thank you for the quick work!
These guys are great got me right in fixed my issue and back on the road definitely found my service shop to go to after just buying the truck a week ago from another dealership
