Good service but wasn't happy. They walked inside my cab with dirty boots all over my carpets. Don't know why they were even in the sleeper because truck was having work done on emissions sensor
We work with them on basically a daily basis. The parts guys will find you what you need. They don't do that "don't have the VIN, can't help you" bullshit. If you can get them the minimum information, you'll leave with parts. The service department turns trucks over like there's a prize at the end. I don't think there's anyone turning our heavy shop repairs the way they are around town. There're new trucks in the bays every 48-72 hours getting motors, trans, clutch etc. from what I've seen. Not go anyone there here is all people fraud. My truck problem engine light on. Nd engine stop sign . Macanic speak me collent pump problem he is only new coolent pump nd chnge collent. I pay 2900$ . My truck go 5mile far . Nd after same problem in my truck.
