Truck was a complete Lemon. I put the tag on the truck and drove it off. The lot didn’t make it 40 miles before I was on the side of the road broke down. Shop told me I had to get it towed back in after just putting down almost $20,000. I’ve had the truck since middle of December and have already been broke down at least 15 times. Horrible experience, I broke down 10 miles away from thier shop. Called them to have them bring me 2 bolts and 2 gallons of oil. I got told no. I was willing to pay for a service call. Still the told me no. Horrible place to deal with. They will not help drivers in any. Go some where else.
Beautiful facility, new and modern, plenty of drop trailer parking for OTR repairs, comfortable lounge, with showers available. Great near by food and several nice well known “chain” hotels, like ALL dealerships they stay behind a couple of days, always looking for qualified technicians. Great folks who really try to make your service or breakdown as painless as possible.
