Communication is terrible, you dont get one service advisor, they never have the information in order, you could call back and get a different story, when you call you get put on hold for what feel like an eternity. I would literally go to any other dealership for service, part side is better, and I dont need no automated response that I should contact Rex, I was already in his office, they do not care about the customer just making money.
