My Peterbilt decided to go on a full de-rate during a snowstorm on a Sunday and left me almost stranded around Salisbury, MA. Quick service and nice people
My truck was down for a week with an electrical problem at another shop in Derry NH, seemed like they were making no progress pushing my repair off. After speaking to Geoff at Kenworth Northeast, they arranged to tow my truck over and they quickly found the source of my electrical problem and repaired it. Came down to Kenworth because my air conditioning has been blowing warm air over the span of a New England heat wave. I called Geoff, the service director, and he said to come in immediately despite the shop being very busy. I came in that afternoon and they got me in without hesitation. By the time I got to the driver’s lounge, the truck was already connected to the A/C machine and the issue was fixed right after.
