Unless it's dire need DO NOT take your truck here!!! They will hold your truck for at least an extra 2 weeks and will get attitudes with you. They currently have my truck to replace the power steering pump and hose. They've had my truck for a week and now are telling me sometime next week it'll be ready. I will provide an update. Anyone need a road service I do it all
Truck went in for a bad VGT on saturday Aug 24th. Once replaced they kept running different tests and coming up with new problems. Took off the DPF and DOC and sent it to be cleaned even though they were replaced 40k miles ago. When I went to pick up the truck they for some reason decided to take off my fuel filters which were replaced 4k miles ago. They said the water separator was damaged and needed to be replaced!
