Hii team just sharing my very bad experience at part and service section did ordered part by call waiting there around 30 minutes just to see somebody all are working in front of me nobody had the curtesy to ask there at counter whats the benefit of keeping this much staff if customer is suffering from simple thing i do hold 12 truck all kenworth fleet at a same time i do have UD trucks also whenever i visited there is always very super friendly staff never ever waited but here in kenworth all the time nobody cares all in pa... read more
