Ok Kenworth do better with ppl on floor, they never pick up the calls and they are not even busy, I literally call ones in the store is a shame to see them just ignore a phone call when you are desperate on the side of the road, terrible customer service, they will not help you, Kenworth do better, and they guys in there are very rude and unprofessional!
I came with a problem, after a long diagnostics they found the cause of the fuel pump. At first they said that the diagnostics would cost $600, then they said in the end $1150 after arguing $950. It feels like they are trying to make money and not help. In the end we refused the repair. They drag out time and work for hours. In general, I do not recommend.
Awesome experience. Great customer service helped us out and very knowledgeable in parts.
I don’t know who the guy is That sits next to Joey but he’s very unprofessional and rude wast of time this company is a joke sat for 8 days and they did nothing to the truck this is insane I lost so much money because of this
