Brought 2 trucks in via enterprise, an '09 Pete, and a '17 Kenworth. Both trucks had poor repairs. The Pete was brought in for damaged rear suspension rubber components, a DOT, and a PM. They ended up billing enterprise fleet for 30 grand worth of work, including a clutch replacement (with 46,000 miles). While operating the PTO, as the truck is a crane, there was a smell of 90Wt gear oil. Sold me a used truck 250K with a massive leak on PTO. Communication takes about a week and a half for the general manager to get back with the service department on what they are going to do. First was going to replace it and was told the part was ordered from the night shift service associates. The worst dealership I've ever seen. I bought a truck from them and I've been dealing with truck problems for three months. I've been to this dealership twice for repairs. Despite exorbitant prices and lengthy procedures, the problem hasn't been resolved. We're going to sue them for this. You should definitely avoid them……
