I had to call this location and reception got me Justin the service manager and he was able to help me over the phone. How simple is that and get me going till I get to a dealer. Ayr Peterbilt could even do that. I highly recommend this location guys

He really listened to our concerns about our flatbed track and I was astonished by how fast the turnaround time was for the truck's diagnostic and fix.
