Top notch service & staff , went in with a manifold / turbo gasket issue , looked at it and got me in bay, fixed and back on road in very quick & professional manner
An excellent company. Very professional staff. At the reception there is a very calm gentleman who knows how to take money from your words. He is qualified to look you in the eye and lie to you without any embarrassment. He took it from me without any embarrassment, lying that the value of the repair was $ 1000, and he charged me over $ 3500. I wish him with this money to buy candles for himself and his family. Many candles to be placed at his head and feet, when God decides.
Had a great experience with kenworth of Watertown !! Eric and the boys did a solid job installing a service body on my truck, definitely would recommend for all your service body needs.
Had an alternator lock up and took the belt with it on my peterbilt. Called and spoke with Joe in parts, was able to pay for the parts over the phone, and Joe personally drove out to where I was broke down on i-29 to deliver the parts for me. Would recommend if you are needing parts and great customer service.
