We spent from 11 AM to 8 PM waiting for an oil change, filter replacements, and regeneration. Why did it take so long? Because the guy managing our truck didn't tell us it was ready and just went home. If you don't like working with people, it's better to find something else and not ruin the owner's business. But we're still sitting here because they forgot to change the coolant filter that we requested. This is the worst Kenworth dealer we've ever been to. Zero organization.
Complete disaster. Unorganized work attitude. Have called before arriving. Was told that in two hours since arrival technicians will start inspecting the issue. Three hours later was told that they doing their best. Two more hours later was explained that is no way technicians can do the inspection today. Maybe next day. Dealership 40 miles down the road did the inspection at the same day. Loss of time!!! Will never comeback to this dealership.
