I brought my car in for service. I was told by my dealership that I needed five to $6000 of work done on my car. I took it to Kenwood and all they told me I really needed was a new battery and air filters. And they were so professional and quick and able to help me Right away. I’m so grateful for them. I’ll be using them again in the future.
Spencer and team have taken great care of my car over the years. The prices are reasonable and they do thorough, quality work. I have never had an issue with any work they have done, and they've been helpful in teaching me more about how to maintain my car.
I have a fairly new F150 Raptor, that got a nail in one of my tires. I called Kenwood and they took me in same day. They did all the right things. Repaired the patch from the inside out, remounted and rebalanced the tire and torque the lug nuts to spec. Sounds simple, but not everybody takes that level of care these days. I was in and out in under an hour, can’t ask for more than that. Thanks for the great service.
I initially thought this place was fine, as I had been here once without any complaints. However, about a month ago, I made an appointment to have two tires mounted on new rims. I specifically requested that they be balanced and for an alignment to be done. Unfortunately, they informed me that they couldn't perform the alignment. I accepted that, but then when I got on the highway, my car started shaking around 60 mph.
