Made an appointment very easily on their website, arrived a little early for my appointment but my car was taken back quickly and my wait was minimal. The waiting room was nice clean and comfortable. The employee I dealt with was very polite and professional.
Spencer and the guys at Kenwood Tire are fantastic. I originally went to their website, easily input my car info, it recommended great Pirelli tires and emailed me a quote. I made the appointment online, and Spencer had me send a photo of my current tires to make sure the tires quoted would fit. Took my car in, was greeted by Spencer and noticed the store was in good shape and very clean. When I picked up my car, the total was exactly as quoted.
