Be careful when renting out unit #149. The landlord is extremely obnoxious. He will harass you into paying your rent early and even threaten to sue you. Our lease was not due until the 1st of every month and according to the contract, we have until the 15th to pay, but he would message/call and harass us into paying him every 30th of the prior month.
