I have lived at Kenwood Park Apartments for the past fourteen years. I have no plans of moving anytime in the near future. Conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurant's and grocery/retail stores. Ample amount of parking spaces for tenants and tenant visitors. Immaculate maintained grounds. Omg this is like the best place I've ever lived in my whole life! Maintenance staff, office staff, bo staff, it's all staffalicious! Plus, the landscaping is immaculate, and the amount of greenery dwarfs that of other apartment complexes in comparison! It's like you're living in ferngully! If you're looking for an apartment, take a gander at Kenwood Park! A great place to live!!
Worst apartment complex I've ever been in. Only have been a resident here for 5 months and I am already breaking my lease. Hate hate hate it. It's horrible. Managment is horrible. Everything about this place is horrible. I wouldn't recomend this place to the homeless guy on the corner.
