I’ve been a home owner out here for around 7 years now. I love the place, but 4 almost 5 years ago, the lot fee has been going up $50+ every year. Now it’s currently higher than my mortgage. The point of owning the home is to eventually pay it off and end up only having to pay a reasonable lot fee. My concern is that if it keeps going up at this rate, by the time I pay it off, the lot fee is going to rise high enough to replace my mortgage.
Called as a potential buyer this very morning for KENWOOD LANDING and was asking about a home I saw there that was empty, first off where I’m from we call them trailers not mobile homes, though that shouldn’t matter , this woman chose to correct me and tell me what she doesn’t like for people to keep calling the mobile homes-Trailers, yeah I’m glad I see in advance I wouldn’t want to deal with her nor buying any TRAILERS off their lot.
