Please tell residents to stop letting there pets use your yard as a restroom/ walk there pets in your yard that you have to pay lot for that's crazy, I maintane my yard / nasty residents
Enough is enough I'm telling this to everyone! Everything before was nice even though there were still a few details to be done to the trailer, but now, the lot rent has gotten, and still is getting absolutely horrible! Everyone agrees that it's like paying for a real house. Please think closely before moving here. Of course it's understandable that the rent is normally due on the 1st and can't go across the 5 day limit, BUT, if by urgency you don't have the full mo/ payment yet at last minute, the dude has no mercy of kicki... read more
I don’t live here but I hear this place is the hood
Very nice community but don’t count on anything from the management, they do not return calls nor address residents concerns and I own my home! There is a tree threatening to fall on my home and I’ve been asking to have it removed since I moved here two years ago now Im forced to pay out of pocket. I have called the office and home there physically and the property manager is never available and no one else can answer any questions! Great place just piss poor management!!!
