I’ve been living here for 15+ years, and have never had a problem here with management. The new manager is rude and horrible. She is not letting us renew our lease and has increased our rent by $200 due to a porch (that we have had for over 10 years with no problem) that she thinks is “too big.” Many other people in the neighborhood (who have lived here for many years) have also had problems with the new manager due to her rude attitude and behavior.

GET RID OF CARMEN WEEKS IMMEDIATELY, SHES BRINGING THE PROPERTY VALUE DOWN, SHES LOWERING THE MORALE OF THE COMMUNITY. ITS WORSE THAN ITS EVER BEEN. SHES NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS, SHE WAS FIRED FROM 4 SEASONS FOR THE SAME INCOMPETENT ATTITUDE, WHY BRING HER HERE??? SHE'S BAD FOR BUSINESS KENWOOD!!!!!!!

I’ve been a home owner out here for around 7 years now. I love the place, but 4 almost 5 years ago, the lot fee has been going up $50+ every year. Now it’s currently higher than my mortgage. The point of owning the home is to eventually pay it off and end up only having to pay a reasonable lot fee. My concern is that if it keeps going up at this rate, by the time I pay it off, the lot fee is going to rise high enough to replace my mortgage.
