This review has been a long time coming. In September I went through one of the most painful and scary experiences of my life. I had to get a biopsy and a bunch of procedures for my health. After my biopsy, I was so out of it and felt like I was going to pass out from the pain. The staff was beyond kind and generous with me. Not once did I feel rushed. My first time at the Kenwood location and I must say the staff from check in to exiting my visit were phenomenal. They were very professional and attentive without a long wait. NP Leah Saldana I must say was one of the most professional and informative nurse practitioners I have seen in a while. She addressed all my concerns and needs.
I have been coming here for the past almost 4 years, and I never had issues with staff. The wait on the phone is ridiculous but you just need to be patient. The Carelink lady Ana Loza is very nice and pleasant to talk to she explains everything to the T. Thank you for assisting me with the process of Carelink and getting my medical back on track.
