Horrible management. Ruben and his wife were extremely rude to us as tenants and always yelling. Complete thief, he illegally kept our security deposit for NO reason and never returned it. Raised the rent each year with no improvement to the very old, outdated building (unit is extremely tiny and the low quality wall air conditioner was useless, so hot weather was unbearable in there). Great location to nearby restaurants and shopping centers. Pool could use a refresh, but hardly anyone uses it. 832 Fairview has a more modern feel to it than the 830 Fairview side. For the money, it provides ok value not the best. They could install better security cameras in the future. Unfortunately the area (not just the complex) has recently been plagued by car break-ins. Moved for a better job opportunity but I still would have looked elsewhere.
