Very caring
Thank you Dr Darren, for your patience and care with my cat. Everything was explained clearly and thoughtfully, which really put us at ease. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I truly feel I can trust the team with my pets, given the level of care and compassion they show to animals.
The staff seem lovely at first but they're all wearing a mask. There's no true warmth there. Be warned. In my 10 years experience going there, they consistently kept me waiting long after appointment times, their phone etiquette has been disappointing, and even downright coercive of late (thanks, Maggie!). They will overcharge for everything they can. Take care, to whomever is reading this ❤️
