The staff seem lovely at first but they're all wearing a mask. There's no true warmth there. Be warned. In my 10 years experience going there, they consistently kept me waiting long after appointment times, their phone etiquette has been disappointing, and even downright coercive of late (thanks, Maggie!). They will overcharge for everything they can. Take care, to whomever is reading this ❤️

A huge thank you to Dr Darren and the team for helping our dog in such an emergency. He needed surgery urgently and they looked after him so well. Dr Darren was amazing, he explained everything clearly over the phone and made us feel Pepper was in the best hands. The surgery went well and Pepper is recovering nicely. We’re so grateful for the care and kindness we received.
