Really sick with the clinic. I didn’t make any appointments on 16/07/2025. They did say I make an appointment with them and didn’t show up. I only sent them an email regarding the referral. They make the appointment for me by themselves didn’t inform me. No message no email (which I will receive the confirmation email every for every appointment each time ). I asked them to check when that appointment be created, and how to make(by phone or website), they can’t provide anything just say on their side someone created and I ow... read more

Excellent service!
Ive only been a patient at kenwick medical for a short time, so I was very surprised to receive a text from them immediately after calling to make an appointment for my partner to see his regular skin specialist , at a totally different medical centre. The text from kenwick medical was encouraging me to make an app with the kenwick specialist. I have had a disappointing experience with the reception staff at Kenwick Medical Centre. Unfortunately, they often lack basic courtesy, such as greeting patients with a simple ‘hello’ or ‘goodbye.’ Their attitude comes across as dismissive and unapproachable, which makes interactions unnecessarily unpleasant. That being said, the doctors at this clinic are excellent and provide high-quality care. However, the front desk staff significantly impact the overall patient experience.
