Carlo made my experience so much better. He was very helpful throughout my entire experience there, and was able to answer any questions that i had.
The worst cars and worst dealerships.
This dealership is very unprofessional . Went and put a deposit on a used truck. Told them would need the night to think about it. The next morning I am dealing with the sales person and another salesman sold it to someone else . Stay away from this place.
Didn’t have an optimal experience. Sid made me feel very small. Little communication or compassion throughout the process. I can’t speak for the rest of the team or other’s experiences with Sid, but mine was suboptimal.
Going to try and keep this one short. But went to purchase a used 2023 ford explorer on a long weekend(Friday). Heard nothing from the sales rep on Monday so I contacted him later in the afternoon , told me the vehicle was still in inspection. Fair enough. Heard nothing Tuesday , Wednesday comes around. Still heard nothing. Contacted my sales rep only for him to tell me that the service department needed to order a part for an oil leak .
