Unfortunately, my family rented there. María the person in charge was always very rude; she constantly disrespected my mother and lied about things that never happened. She is a woman who lacks values, and even more so, manners; she was always shouting to make her points, she refuses to give you the main office's phone number so you can file complaints, and she is constantly making threats.
