I'm reading the reviews on here and feel compelled to say I have been seeing amy Kim for about 7 years. She is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. I never once have experienced her being rude or uncaring. She explains thing very well. She listens to my concerns. She never once has made me feel like she is rushing me out the door. I was being seen why Dr.Kim at this office for over 5 years & had no problem for majority of the time. But this year my doctor decided to completely ghost me knowing that I had an infection with no plans to resolve it. She never followed up or even place the referral I needed. I ended up sending 5 messages over 2 weeks & not 1 reply. I found myself another primary care provider but I wanted to make sure I brought this to the office managers attention so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Best primary care physicians. The office staff are always nice and helpful.
Quite possibly the most clueless front end staff around. Have to constantly call and request results. My husband has been waiting to receive a test for 9 months now. 2 month ago they said none of the ones in January went out, and that they would re-order. Here we are 2 months later and never received test yet again. They totally lack follow through.
