Great staff. Never had a problem. The only issue is the poor facilities management. Plenty of room. The signs to get you where you need to be are almost no existent.
Great visit today! I didn't get to see my normal PCP, his next available appointment was in January. However, the people I spoke with on the phone found someone to work me in with. Reception was very friendly, checked me in quickly and had me back with a provider before I even got to the waiting room. Triage nurse was pleasant and professional. Ladies in the lab were also super friendly and did a great job.
I brought my mother to the emergency room because she was having very high blood pressure. I am her son and I do know what medicine she's allergic to and what medicine she can take. After they Rush are quickly into the emergency room we are waiting for the nurse to come into the room and administer medication to bring down her blood pressure. As I see the nurse I walk out into the hallway to ask her what medicine she is giving my mother. She ignores me. So I asked her again. And she says rudely, that she will not will not di... read more
