Great staff. Never had a problem. The only issue is the poor facilities management. Plenty of room. The signs to get you where you need to be are almost no existent.
Great visit today! I didn't get to see my normal PCP, his next available appointment was in January. However, the people I spoke with on the phone found someone to work me in with. Reception was very friendly, checked me in quickly and had me back with a provider before I even got to the waiting room. Triage nurse was pleasant and professional. Ladies in the lab were also super friendly and did a great job.
I wished i could leave 0stars! My mom said they didn't want to attend my dad! He was really sick they only accepted appointments and no walkins!! Had to make an appointment for 6 month! 😡what if someone dies and nobody want to attend that person just because it's being sick? SMH
All of the doctors have retired, they don't return calls, and when they get called on it they snottily say "Just go to the ER" and hang up. U of L is going to be closing this branch soon, so do everything you can to find a new primary care location.
