Appointments for being sick cannot be made more than 24 hours in advance (ridiculous). So you have to call back and hope you were the lucky one to get the time that you need, (even though that time was available when you initially called). Appointments are also apparently now made through an answering service, who still had to contact the main office when I said I would see any provider with an opening. I was with a friend the other day at this place and a lady by name of Carol Teske not exactly what she does there but she was extremely rude and had an attitude with a few other people and I stated to my friend she should go else where. Where she could be treated like a person and not being rude to.
