I was nervous going in due to the bad reviews on Google. It turns out it wasn't bad at all! I'm not sure why there were negative reviews, as my experience was very accommodating and nice. The staff were understanding of my anxieties and concerns, reassuring me throughout my whole appointment. They were kind and listened well to my needs. Katy was wonderful and so were the other staff members! Personally for me it was a great experience. Thank you all for taking care of me so well.

Can’t get an appointment because they don’t like answering their phones. I’m gonna go some where else smh. Might as well just go to the er at least you’ll get faster help

I had a Nexplanon birth control implant done by them and after having a horrible experience with the birth-control itself the doctor tried to refuse to take it out and then when she did cut it out she proceeded to put a Band-Aid over quite a big cut and did not care for my well-being at all. Even after seeing I was upset she proceeded to make the comment “guess we will see you pregnant soon”
